Synchronized Pallet Drive

Description
The synchronized pallet drive is the precision-engineered heart of our ContiAct® Tile Machine. Mounted within a rock-solid, vibration-dampened steel frame, this unit is the metronome that dictates the quality of every extruded tile by ensuring the absolute synchronization of the pallet flow.
At the core of our synchronous chain circulating section lies a technology rarely seen in the concrete industry, but legendary in high-precision manufacturing: the rolling block link chain. While other systems rely on standard leaf chains or simple roller chains, which are prone to catenary sag and chordal action, WELSCH has borrowed a page from the world's most precise industrial flooring lines to create a drive system with zero compromise.
Absolute Geometric Stability: Standard chains stretch and snake over time. Our rolling block links are engineered with a massive cross-section and precision-ground contact surfaces. This creates a rigid moving floor for your pallets. The distance between pallet A and pallet Z remains constant to the micron.
Friction-Free Power Transmission: In a standard drive, the chain slides over a wear-strip, creating heat and requiring massive amounts of energy. We use rolling block link chains. As the name suggests, our chain rolls through the track. This dramatically reduces the drag on your main motor, lowering energy consumption and eliminating the jerking motion (stick-slip effect) that can ruin the surface of a wet concrete tile.
High-Speed Quietness: Even at production speeds of 150+ tiles per minute, the drive remains quiet and vibration-free, protecting the structural integrity of the green tile.
Longevity Inherited from the Flooring Industry: In the laminate industry, these chains run 24/7 at incredible speeds with zero tolerance for error. By over-engineering these for the concrete environment, we offer a service life that exceeds standard chains by a factor of 3 to 1.
Most people see a pallet drive as a conveyor. We see it as a linear positioning system. By integrating rolling block link chains, we provide a level of stability that allows you to produce ultra-thin or complex-profile tiles that would literally fall apart on a vibrating, standard-link machine.
Unmatched Service Life: Designed to withstand the abrasive reality of concrete production, our rolling block link chains offer a service life that standard roller chains cannot touch. Micron-Level Accuracy: By eliminating the mechanical slack and stretch found in standard drives to an absolute minimum, our synchro pallet drive maintains perfect indexing for decades, not just years. High-Load Performance: Our system is the heavy-duty transmission of the industry. It handles the massive inertial forces of high-speed pallet circulation with the grace and precision of a Swiss watch.
An industry-standard pallet drive is designed for utility. The WELSCH synchronized pallet drive is designed for dominance. By utilizing our proprietary rolling block link chain technology, we provide the mechanical soul for a machine that doesn't just produce tiles; it produces a competitive advantage.
