At WELSCH, we don't simply manufacture these systems; we act as the Sovereign Engineering Authority for their entire lifecycle. Leveraging over 55 years of empirical field data, we manage a complex ecosystem of non-catalog, high-performance components and execute surgical assembly processes to ensure absolute synchronization in 150 TPM environments.

The foundation of our chain technology lies in the uncompromising production of our core components: 3D-milled chain bodies engineered from high-alloy tool steels with specialized black-oxide finish for superior corrosion resistance, precision-hardened chain bolts manufactured from premium tool steel, vacuum-hardened and precision-ground to sub-micron tolerances, and our proprietary V-Shaped Ring Seals manufactured in-house to protect the internal mechanics from ultra-fine abrasive concrete dust.

We integrate specialized motion technology from the world's most prestigious manufacturers. Most of these components are WELSCH-exclusive specials featuring ultra-tight tolerances and custom housings not found in any standard catalog, including high-load bearings from INA, FAG, SKF, and JESA, custom friction-profile needle bearings, and advanced Bosch Rexroth linear bushings with Hirschmann joint heads for superior load distribution.

The true performance of a WELSCH chain is forged during our rigorous assembly phase. Chains are assembled into exact modular strands ranging from 1,000 mm to 1,300 mm. Every strand undergoes a proprietary bedding-in process with controlled pre-stretching to eliminate initial set elongation. Following pre-stretching, every strand is meticulously calibrated and marked for specific allocation, ensuring perfectly matched lengths across entire drive systems.
