Description

The extrusion process is a relentless battle against physics. To produce a tile that is impermeable to water and structurally indestructible, the concrete must be charged into the mold with massive, controlled force. Our high-compression main rollers and side-trimming waterchannel discs are the engine of this compaction, engineered to create a high-density foundation that standard serial machines simply cannot replicate.

By matching the peripheral speed of the ribbon, our side discs prevent the tearing of the concrete edges, a common flaw in lower-tier machinery.
