WELSCH INDUSTRIAL specializes in the development and manufacturing of special machines for concrete roof tile production. Our ContiAct® tile making machines achieve a design speed of 170 TPM with an effective output of 140-150 tiles per minute, while our RiLu® spray booths operate at up to 150 TPM for pure acrylic coating. All machines are individually tailored to our customers' requirements, built on massive cast-iron and heavy-walled structural steel foundations, and are deployed in over 50 countries worldwide since 2003.

Our complete production line portfolio includes: ContiAct® extrusion machines (170 TPM), RiLu® spray booths and 8th generation hybrid filters (150 TPM), automatic rackers and linear feeders, demolding machines, pallet end cleaners (120 TPM), small pack collators (up to 150 TPM), and linear gantry palletizers. The RiLu® spray system is WELSCH INDUSTRIAL’s high-precision coating solution for applying pure acrylic paints to concrete roof tiles at up to 150 TPM. It uses a three-part cabin architecture: a feeding chamber that neutralizes incoming air turbulence, the main spray cabin with specialized sloped-hood geometry, and an exit chamber that captures residual mist for recycling. The polished stainless steel interior is virtually free of ledges or dead zones, while kinetic baffles intercept overspray and direct it into collection basins for reuse. Our 8th generation RiLu® hybrid filter with rotating vibration technology and optional oxygen barrier ensures clog-free filtration over multiple shifts without maintenance interruption.
