This section defines the WELSCH expertise in the molecular bonding of high-performance polymers to lightweight aluminum substrates. These hybrid components are surgically engineered for applications where reduced rotational mass and absolute surface-contact integrity are mission-critical.

Designed specifically for Rolling Block Link Chain systems, our bonded carrier plates represent the pinnacle of mass-optimized transport technology. We bond precision-machined aluminum carriers to high-friction PUR layers (55-90 Shore-A), leveraging the high tear strength of Desmodur 15 for dimensional stability under extreme dynamic loads and constant exposure to abrasive industrial particulates. By utilizing aluminum carriers, we significantly reduce the overall weight of the chain strand, lowering energy consumption and reducing wear on drive motors and gearboxes.

WELSCH also designs and manufactures proprietary diagnostic interfaces used in high-precision materials testing and quality assurance. Our CNC-machined aluminum bodies are surgically contoured to the exact 3D profile of the specimen and fused with a specialized Polyurethane layer, ensuring absolute pressure equalization during breaking-load tests for repeatable, ISO-compliant data.

Within our Strategic Manufacturing Circle, we process high-performance elastomers from the world's most prestigious chemical engineers, spanning from 35 to 95 Shore-A. Our PUR elastomers feature exceptional mechanical recovery, reversibly deformable within calculated limits, with a functional temperature range from -40 degrees C to +80 degrees C. For the most demanding applications, we utilize Vulkollan (based on Desmodur 15) with high impact elasticity and remarkably low compression set.
