With over 55 years of field data, we manage a complex supply chain of non-catalog high-performance components and execute surgical assembly processes to ensure absolute synchronization in 150 TPM environments.

Proprietary Manufacturing & Metallurgical Integrity: 3D-Milled Chain Bodies engineered from high-alloy tool steels with specialized black oxide finish. Precision chain bolts manufactured from tool steel, vacuum-hardened, and precision-ground to sub-micron tolerances. Custom V-Shaped Ring Seals manufactured in-house to protect internal mechanics against ultra-fine abrasive dust.

The "Tier-1" Component Network: Integration of high-load track rollers and yoke-type track rollers from INA, FAG, SKF, and JESA. Implementation of INA/FAG drawn-cup needle bearings customized for specific friction profiles. Utilization of Bosch Rexroth linear bushings and Hirschmann joint heads for superior load distribution and fatigue resistance.

Surgical Assembly & Zero-Defect Calibration: Modular Strand Assembly in precise strands of 1,000 mm to 1,300 mm. Every strand is subjected to controlled pre-stretching to eliminate initial set elongation, ensuring the chain maintains its factory-spec length from the first minute of operation. After pre-stretching, each strand is meticulously measured and marked for specific allocation. This ensures that when a customer installs a full set of strands, they are perfectly matched in length, eliminating timing deviations across the entire extrusion drive. Provision: We deliver rolling block link chain strands in lengths up to 5 meters.
